Delivery Time:
Normal delivery time is 3-5 days, however if you need an order quicker please call us for available stock. We will be happy to ship to you immediately. For special orders , please tell us the wedding date. Any personalized frames will NOT hold up any orders.

Backorders & Product Availability:
We strive to ship orders complete, however an item occasionally may be out of stock. You will be notified of any backorders if we cannot complete your order. We do NOT automatically cancel the backorder unless we have your request to do so. In addition, Creations of Love will not be responsible for out of stock items if needed by a specific date, if it is NOT in writing. Creations of Love will NOT be held responsible for time constraints for telephone orders. We recommend orders to be filled out on our downloadable order form & faxed. Please specify on faxed orders to be shipped complete, or if needed by a certain date.

Shipping: Orders are shipped UPS ground, yet occasionally we ship USPS. For faster shipping methods, please call us for a quote.

Dropshipping:
Yes, for our on-line retailers we will ship directly to your customer. We will provide you with CD images to upload to your website. You will be notified via E-mail of the shipping date & method of shipping.

Payment Policies:
New accounts can pay VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, or AMERICAN EXPRESS. Sorry, NO C.O.D.'s using personal or company checks, however we accept money orders or certified bank check. We will not accept credit card transactions through E-mail for your privacy. OPEN ACCOUNT can be approved by filling out our credit application.

Privacy Policy:
You may need to provide us with personal information to authorize transactions for credit card services including the credit application process. We will not share or sell any of the information that you provide to us. Confidential information is not shared with other employees, only authorized individuals processing your transaction.

Claims & Return Policy:
All claims for shortages or damages must be authorized by Creations of Love within 5 days of receipt of shipment. Unauthorized returns will be refused.

Refused Shipments:
Refused shipments will be charged a 20% restocking fee, in addition to all shipping cost. Terms thereafter will be changed to credit card only.

Overdue Accounts:
A 1.5% late payment charge will be added to the account for each month the payment is past due. Any new order will be held until payment is received on past due invoices to bring the account to the agreed terms.

Returned Checks:
Any returned checks are subject to a $30.00 service charge, thereafter all future orders will be shipped C.O.D. money order or credit card only.

Tax Info:
In order to process an order we require your state resale tax number on file, including a copy of the certificate.

Special Requests:
We will be happy to try to accommodate any special request your customer may have, such as a special color ribbon or flower. You may send us a swatch of their request, however there may be an additional charge for custom orders. Sorry, we cannot paint hair color on any bride & groom.

Color Variations:
The color of the photos may vary slightly from the actual color. If your customer request a color swatch we will send either the actual flower or a similiar ribbon color if possible.

Personalized Frames:
Characters per line is 17 including spaces & commas. Three horizontal lines per frame. Personalized frames can be purchased separately from the cake tops for only $2.50.
